How It Works
Step 1: Find a friend and take the six pictures shown below. If you are an Invisalign Patient please take these photos with your aligners in your mouth.
Take a photo of your face while smiling.
Using two fingers on both sides pull back the cheeks and take a photo aiming at the front teeth!
Using two fingers in the front to hold the lips away from the teeth and one finger in the back and take to photo angled to show the right back teeth.
Using two fingers in the front to hold the lips away from the teeth and one finger in the back and take to photo angled to show the left back teeth.
Use two fingers to pull the upper lip up while opening wide and take a photo from the top of the upper teeth.
Use two fingers to pull the lower lip down while opening wide and take a photo from the top of the bottom teeth.

Step 2: Text your pictures and the following info to 708-301-0005.
- Patient Name
- If you are an Invisalign Patient, the Aligner # you are currently wearing
- Any questions you have regarding your appliances
Step 3: Dr. Booth will get back to you on your treatment progress and advise you on next steps. If you need it, he'll schedule a FaceTime consultation to discuss progress and keep you on track with treatment.
