How It Works

Step 1: Find a friend and take the six pictures shown below. If you are an Invisalign Patient please take these photos with your aligners in your mouth.

Step 2: Text your pictures and the following info to 708-301-0005.

  • Patient Name
  • If you are an Invisalign Patient, the Aligner # you are currently wearing
  • Any questions you have regarding your appliances

Step 3: Dr. Booth will get back to you on your treatment progress and advise you on next steps. If you need it, he'll schedule a FaceTime consultation to discuss progress and keep you on track with treatment.
