Putting Your Health & Safety First

Here’s what you can expect from us as we take additional precautions to ensure your safety.

We’re following strict guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Illinois Department of Public Health and the American Dental Association.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach us at 708-301-0005.

Appointments

Many of you have waited a long time to see us. We’ll be reaching out to you personally to reschedule missed appointments in the coming weeks.

We’re reducing the number of people in our office at any one time. To increase our capacity to accommodate your schedule as we space out appointments, we’re expanding our hours and offering Friday availability.

Advanced Technology & Safety Protocols

We’ve installed a new UV air sterilization system and purchased new surgically clean air purifiers. These, combined with our HEPA-grade air filters, eliminate airborne and surface bacteria and viruses building-wide, providing above and beyond protection.

We’ll be wearing extra layers of PPE, including masks, face shields, gloves and gowns. We’re continuously cleaning and sanitizing throughout the day, as we’ve always done.

We’re pre-screening everyone who comes into the office with a health questionnaire and temperature check. Our team has completed additional safety and infection control training.

To promote social distancing, text us when you arrive to check in remotely. We’ll greet you at our front door before heading inside. As required by state guidelines, plan to wear a mask or face covering inside.
