Realizing that your time is valuable, we are always pleased to see you on time for your appointments. We also pay close attention to meeting our treatment time estimates and keeping your time in treatment to the absolute minimum.
Office Hours
We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:
Monday: 12 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Tuesday: 12 p.m. – 5 p.m.
Wednesday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Thursday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Unlike many health care offices, we strive to see you precisely on your appointment time. Our office takes pride in the fact that our office runs on time. We respect the time schedules of our patients and you can trust that you will be seen on time for your appointments.
Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. We accept all benefits from private insurance carriers. At your new patient exam we verify your insurance coverage and then deduct that portion from the total fee. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and you will be responsible for the patient portion. Any unpaid portion of the treatment fee that is not covered by insurance for any reason, is the patient’s responsibility.
